This document sets forth the BeInSync ("BEINSYNC") Online Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") for this Web site, www.BeInSync.com (the "Site"). Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in BeInSync's End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access this Site.

Changes to Privacy Policy

BEINSYNC reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time.

Collection of personal information

In connection with your Software-purchase and Support-related activities on the Site, BEINSYNC will ask you to provide certain personal information. Such information may include your first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other necessary contact and purchase related information. BEINSYNC will not provide you with products and services unless you provide the necessary personal information. Your information may be transferred across national boundaries and may be stored and processed in BeInSync's offices, located in Israel, as well as other locations where BEINSYNC or its third-party agents process your information. BEINSYNC collects your information to record and support your purchase of BeInSync's Software. BEINSYNC will limit its use of your personal information to its internal administrative uses, such as coordinating product offerings, providing technical support and collecting general information about customer use of the Site.
